Self reflection - noitcelfer fles
What knowledge, skills and understanding have you gained while studying these topics?
While studying these topics, I've gained immense knowledge on the nature of humans--or rather, different opinions on them. I haven't actually learned that controversial topic just yet. This unit, I learned that Golding do not think very fondly of our 'true nature' because he thinks we are innately evil. Still controversial. I've also gained knowledge and full details and symbolisms in the book Lord of the Flies.
I also learn how to cite (I think).

What did you find most interesting or engaging? What did you find the least interesting or least engaging?
For this unit, I think the Mock Trail was very engaging and fun and we were trying to find excuses for our character and place ourselves in their shoes. So was the short skit to show our understanding of how people behaviour change when the desire to fit in arises. The least engaging thing was referencing every sources I use for this website.
What is the most important idea you have taken away from our time together?
The most important ideas I've taken from this unit is that there is no concrete line or separation in regards to topic about our true nature because there is no right or wrong answer. And so, it is important to be open-minded and see through all the perspectives before making a judgement or opinion.
